Losing a loved one is an emotionally devastating experience. We have designed the Suraksha Claim Portal to be as simple, direct, and non-intrusive as possible. Nominees do not need to sign in or register to submit a claim.
Step-by-Step Claim Walkthrough
- Locate the Nominee ID: The Nominee ID is a unique code generated when the member registered you as a nominee under their profile.
- Visit mfmp.in/claim: Open the claim page and enter the deceased member's registered mobile number along with your Nominee ID.
- Upload Required Documents: You will need to upload a clear scan of the Death Certificate and the nominee's Aadhar Card.
- Submit Bank Details: Provide the bank account number and IFSC code where the community's mutual aid contributions will be directly transferred.
Verification Timeline
Our dedicated Suraksha agents manually review all submitted claims and documents within 48 to 72 hours. Once verified, a campaign is made live, and members of the deceased member's group are notified to begin contributing.
